How Global365 Compares

Most small businesses pay for 3 or 4 subscriptions to do what one platform should. Here is the side-by-side.

What you're buying

Global365: Accounting, Payroll and Payments in one platform, with one login.

Others: 3 or 4 separate products that don't talk to each other.

The bill

Global365: One flat monthly subscription, with every feature included.

Others: A base fee, plus add-ons, plus per-employee charges, plus the yearly price rise.

Card fees

Global365: Dual Pricing on our most popular plans takes your card cost to $0, done compliantly.

Others: A cut off the top of every sale, forever.

Bank transfers (ACH)

Global365: A small, capped fee, and free with Dual Pricing.

Others: Often a percentage of every transaction, with no cap.

Payments in your books

Global365: A paid invoice posts to your books on its own.

Others: Exports, syncs, and reconciliation homework at month end.

Getting help

Global365: A person who knows your account. Call, text, or meet in person.

Others: Chatbots, ticket queues and call centers.

Built for

Global365: Real small businesses: trades, farms, shops and services.

Others: Everyone from freelancers to the Fortune 500, so nobody in particular.

The real comparison is your own numbers.

Before You Book

What actually happens on the call?

A screen share, and no slide deck. You tell us how the business runs today, we show you that same work inside Global365, and we are straight with you about what moving across would actually take.

Do I have to take all 3 modules?

No, and you are not paying extra for the ones you ignore. Accounting, Payroll and Payments come on every plan, so use what you need today and leave the rest sitting there until you want them.

Is it hard to learn?

No, and that was the whole design brief. The people who built it were tired of accounting software that needs a consultant to operate, so most owners are sending their first invoice inside the first session.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly price with every feature included. The price you sign up at is the price on the bill, and we will put the actual number in front of you on the call once we know how many people and businesses you are running.

What happens to the books I already have?

We will be straight with you on the call. There is no one-click import from QuickBooks today, and we would rather say that now than after you have signed up. What we will do is look at how your books are set up and show you exactly what starting on Global365 looks like for your business.

What happens to my card processing fees?

For eligible businesses, Dual Pricing can take them to zero. You show a cash price and a card price, done compliantly, and the cost of taking the card sits with the card price instead of coming out of your margin. Bank transfers (ACH) are a small capped fee, and free on Dual Pricing.

Who built this?

People who run the work. The team behind Global365 also keeps the books and runs Payroll for other businesses, so every screen was built by someone who has to use it on a Monday morning. That is the difference you feel in the first 10 minutes.

Am I committing to anything by booking?

Nothing at all. There is no card and no obligation. It is a conversation, and plenty of them end with us telling you that you are fine where you are.
